2) Definitions
Personal Data means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual. Usage Data means information about how the Service is accessed and used. Customer Data means data uploaded to or generated within the Service by customers and their authorized users.

- Account & billing data: name, email, company, address, and payment details (processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
- Customer Data: content you or your users upload or create within the Service.
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, approximate location, device identifiers, and diagnostics.
- Support communications: messages, attachments, feedback.

4) How we use information
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send transactional emails
- Respond to inquiries and provide support
- Analyze usage and improve features and performance

5) Legal bases (where applicable)
We process Personal Data: to perform a contract (provide the Service); with your consent; for our legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, security); and to comply with law.
6) How we share information
- Service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email, payments). They may access Personal Data only to perform services for us and must protect it.
- Payment processing: We use Stripe to process payments; your payment information is handled by Stripe under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as permitted by law.
- Legal & safety: If required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
No sale of personal data. We do not sell Personal Data.
7) Cookies & tracking
We currently do not use non‑essential cookies for marketing or analytics. We may use strictly necessary cookies to operate and secure the Service. If our use of cookies changes (e.g., we add analytics or advertising), we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain consent.
8) Data retention
We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention periods include:
- Account & billing records: up to 7 years after account closure (for tax/audit)
- Support tickets: up to 3 years after resolution
- Customer Data in the Service: for the subscription term and a limited period after termination to allow export, after which we delete or anonymize it subject to legal holds
9) Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data (e.g., encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, backups). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age of consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their Personal Data.

We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers.

Our Service may link to third‑party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
